CIT PC deal goes global
CIT Group and computer supplier Lenovo are to extend their vendor programme to cover Europe. ALD Automotive sells US branch
North American lessor Merchants Leasing has acquired the US arm of ALD Automotive, the Societe Generale-owned fleet provider. As a result of the transaction, Merchants will acquire ALD Automotives US customer base and a fleet of some 3,300 vehicles. ALD Automotive will continue to manage new businesses and large operations on the American market through its global commercial partnership with Wheels Inc
