ALD Automotive sells US branch

North American lessor Merchants Leasing has acquired the US arm of ALD Automotive, the Societe Generale-owned fleet provider. As a result of the transaction, Merchants will acquire ALD Automotives US customer base and a fleet of some 3,300 vehicles. ALD Automotive will continue to manage new businesses and large operations on the American market through its global commercial partnership with Wheels Inc
