UK challenger bank Aldermore has appointed Stuart Baty as head of business development for its invoice finance division in the south of England.
Baty will be responsible for providing access to funding for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the South.

He said: “Aldermore is a fast-growing business that has been making real inroads into the UK SME finance arena, and I’m delighted to be able to be a part of that growth.”
Baty has over 15 years’ experience in SME financing, joining Aldermore from Santander Corporate and Commercial Banking where he served as a director in the invoice finance team.
He has also held roles at Premium Credit, the Sussex Chamber of Commerce, and Lloyds Banking Group.
In his role, Baty will report to Chris Meldrum, national business development director for Aldermore Invoice Finance.
