Our client is seeking a Collections Associate – UK, Thames Valley (ref: J2011) to join their growing business into the Flow Operations team to chase all overdue rentals and minimise the number of agreements submitted to Legal Recoveries.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Arrears Management
• Management of rejected payments
• Sending Arrears letters
• Insolvencies
• Asset Repossessions
• Novations
• Arrears Reporting

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable, self-motivated team player.
• High levels of energy to achieve individual and team goals.
• Previous experience of working in a corporate environment.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Preferably you will have an understanding of Treating Customers Fairly and Financial Conduct Authority regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Preferred: Experience in leasing products, documentation and banking procedures.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
