Asset-based financial solutions provider DLL has named Alp Sivrioğlu as the chief financial officer (CFO), with his appointment and executive board membership set to begin on 1 November 2025.
Sivrioğlu will take charge of DLL’s global finance organisation.

DLL executive board chair and CEO Lara Yocarini said: “Alp’s broad finance expertise, extensive experience, and authenticity will bring complementary skills and leadership capabilities to our executive board and will help us deliver DLL’s strategic goals. We look forward to welcoming him to DLL.”
Before joining DLL, he worked as ING Bank NV global technology and operations CFO.
He began his career as Arthur Andersen’s Istanbul office auditor and subsequently held roles at Yapi Kredi Bank A.Ş. and Oyak Bank A.Ş.
He was appointed as ING Bank A.Ş., Turkey CFO in 2007, and later took on the same position at ING Netherlands in 2016.

Earlier this month, DLL revealed a strategic partnership with Signify to expedite the adoption of light-emitting diode (LED) lighting solutions, in line with efforts to support energy transitions and sustainability worldwide.
The partnership leverages DLL’s financing services and Signify’s lighting systems, products and services.
Founded in 1969 and based in the Netherlands, DLL operates across more than 25 nations, offering financial solutions in various sectors such as agriculture, construction, food, healthcare, technology and transportation.
The company works with equipment producers, dealers and distributors to enable access to machinery, technology and software for businesses.
DLL operates as Rabobank Group’s wholly owned subsidiary.
In July 2025, the European Investment Bank, Rabobank and DLL partnered to improve access to finance for small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-caps across Europe.
