Its platform is used by various financial institutions, including neobanks and five of the ten largest banks in the UK, nCino said.

As a fully owned subsidiary of KBC Bank NV, ČSOB offers a wide range of banking products and services to all client groups.

The integration of nCino’s technology is anticipated to further strengthen ČSOB’s service offerings across the board.

The adoption of the platform follows a similar move by Shawbrook in the UK last year, which leveraged nCino’s platform to improve its loan origination and portfolio management.

This initiative aims to automate complex lending procedures and optimise client portfolios, accelerating market delivery and enhancing service to the SME sector.
