Job Description: J2614 – Our client is seeking a Operations Executive within the Payouts function of the Operations Team to check and validate new business agreement packs, inputting new business customer and agreement details into the customer management system and working with the brokers and sales team to follow up and manage any outstanding agreement items. Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Central London

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Check and validate new business agreement packs.
Input new business customer and agreement details into customer management system.
Work with brokers and sales team to follow up and manage any outstanding agreement items.
Provide cover for all other operational roles during times of holiday, sickness or periodical volume increases through undergoing cross-skilling training.
Suggest and assist in the implementation of change within a continuous improvement environment.
Work and build relationships with all key stakeholders within the team and the other Asset Finance Teams; Underwriting, Asset Management, Collections, Change, Finance & Compliance.

Self-motivated and keen to learn a range of tasks and skills across the Operations Team.
Experience of Asset Finance in a similar role.
Experience working in a Customer Services role advantageous.
Experience of working in a data entry role preferred.
Thorough with a good eye for detail.
Able to work at a fast pace in a pressured environment.
Comfortable and confident when talking to customers.

We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
