Lord Mitchell, a former equity holder in Syscap, has joined an
infrastructural services business run by Pelham Olive.
Olive bought from Lord Mitchell in 1995 – include Sean Williams,
the founder of Syscap, who has joined as its business development
director.
Mike Dix, the managing director of BNP Paribas Lease Group UK,
is due to join the Reading-based company on April 1, and Jonathan
Eddy, managing director of Asset Advantage Ltd, has recently been
appointed as Brook Henderson’s risk and asset manager. Lord
Mitchell is now a non executive director at the company.
The input of leasing talent at Brook Henderson takes place as
the company steps up its investment in the renewables energy
sector.
