A member of the Banking and Finance Group, Kilbee worked as an
in-house lawyer for over 30 years and, prior to joining the firm,
was Legal Director of Lloyds TSB Asset Finance Division, where he
was responsible for setting policy.

Practicing in banking and finance, his expertise is in the
fields of consumer credit, equipment leasing, contract hire,
factoring and discounting, commercial lending and security, data
protection and asset finance generally.
Commenting on his move, Kilbee said: “It’s quite an interesting
position to be in – retiring to a new job. I’ve known the partners
at Salans for a number of years. We had discussions about my future
post retirement, and they found a position for me. I’m looking
forward to using my experience in a different environment and
meeting new challenges.”
In the past Kilbee has worked on projects with the Finance and
Leasing Association.
