A senior member of the Barclays Asset & Sales Finance
(BA&SF) part of the Iveco Finance management team has accepted
a considerable promotion within the UK bank.

David Nield, the former deputy chief executive of Iveco Finance,
has been promoted to head up the asset finance arm of BA&SF,
and to be part of the Exec team reporting direct to Ian Stuart,
managing director of BA&SF.

Nield has been recently replaced by Simon Dufton who spent the
last two years as European sales manager of Terex Financial
Services.

Stuart recently promoted John Bevan from director of sales
finance non-Bank to head up the sales finance arm of BA&SF.

Barclays Asset & Sales Finance has a 51 per cent stake in
Iveco Finance Holdings Limited, which it acquired in 2005, and the
remainder is held by Iveco Finance itself. Other management members
of Iveco Finance include Ronnie Maclachlan, credit and risk
director, Franco Augusto, chief executive, and chief financial
officer, Enrico Bretto.
