Swedish financial group, SEB, will
acquire GMAC CF Sp. Z. o.o., the Polish factoring company that is
part of the global GMAC Commercial Finance operation.
GMAC CF Sp. Z. o.o, is the largest independent factoring company
in Poland, with 29 employees. This acquisition enables SEB to offer
a wider range of financing, leasing, vendor and factoring solutions
in Poland.
SEB, headquartered in Stockholm, has 20,000 employees in Northern
Europe and has assets totalling €251m.
No financial details of the acquisition have been discussed as
yet.
