Banca Italease’s board will also propose shareholders a share
capital increase by means of a rights issue, for a maximum amount
of €1.2 billion.

not only to rebuild Banca Italease’s share capital, but also to
bring the capital ratios back in line with the regulatory
requirements and to guarantee appropriate operating conditions for
Banca Italease and its subsidiaries also in the future.”
