Hitachi Capital Invoice Finance has appointed Andy Phillips as
head of sales, the company has announced.
Philips has over 25 years of corporate banking experience, with
the last 15 years spent specialising in the receivable financing
sector.

Most recently, he worked for the Bank of Ireland and Bank of
Scotland.
In his new role, he will be in charge of building a sales
infrastructure to facilitate growth and manage relationships with
brokers nationwide.
Hitachi Capital divisional MD Steve Smith said: “Andy’s
extensive experience and knowledge of the industry will add even

SMEs through this difficult time.”
Hitachi Capital Invoice Finance was acquired by Hitachi Capital
from London Scottish Bank in August 2008.
