The operation is being carried out by Banca
Agrileasing’s project finance team, and the lessor said it confirms
the strong commitment of its parent company, the cooperative
banking network Banche di Credito Cooperativo, in the clean energy
sector.

The photovoltaic plant will be located in
Narni, in the Umbria region.

It will have 14,000 solar panels and will
produce 3.9 million kWh of energy yearly, enough for the energy
requirements of at least 1,500 households.

It is expected that, on the whole, the new
structure will cut some 45 million kilos of CO2 and reduce oil
consumption by 20,000 tons.
