Four of the planes were manufactured in 2010
and two in 2008, and are on lease or contracted to be delivered to
airlines later this year.

The two companies have also set up a joint
venture to own three Rolls Royce-powered A330-200 aircraft, which
are leased to Russian airline national airline Aeroflot.

These aircraft are a year old and AerCap will
carry on management for the joint venture.
