What was your first ever
job? An auditor.
Where is the best place
to go if you want to find out what’s really going on in the
office? I try to talk with or, better, to listen to my
colleagues. It is the best way to understand what is really
going.
What’s your favourite
restaurant? I love Italian food, so I like to try food
from every region of my country.
What do you do at
weekends? In the past 12 months, I have been spending all
of my weekends with my family, enjoying my first son. He is one. I
love travel, swimming and football.

role model? No-one. I am ambitious and I like to combine

What’s one of the best
things about your job? I love my job. It gives me the
opportunity to interact with lots of different people: my
colleagues at UniCredit Leasing and within the UniCredit Group; and
then of course customers, consultants, and people from the same
industry.
My job allows me to think out of predefined schemes, to propose to
my boss new and innovative ideas and to contribute to the growth
and success of my company.
For sure, it is not a routine job, tomorrow is simply
unpredictable.
If you weren’t in your
current job, what would you have been? I would have liked
to be a football player. This was my dream when I was young. But in
reality if I wasn’t in my current job, probably I’d be a
consultant.
What’s your biggest
career mistake? I haven’t made any mistakes. I really
think that everybody can and should learn from their mistakes, so
if I did make some mistakes I would not regret it.
What cars do you
drive? A black Mercedes C.
What book are you currently reading? I
don’t have time to read.
