UniCredit Leasing has appointed Fabrizio Rollo
as new CEO for its Russian subsidiary. Rollo has 15 years’
experience in the financial services industry, most recently as
head of strategic marketing within the corporate, investment and
private banking division of UniCredit Bank Russia.
He joined the Italian banking giant in 2001,
initially dealing with large corporate clients.

Rollo was appointed country manager for Russia
and Baltics for UniCredit’s corporate and investment banking
division in 2007.
Rollo said: “My main target is to give a
strong contribution to the growth strategy envisaged for UniCredit
Leasing Russia, further developing the local sales force, bringing
all relevant processes and skills to excellent level, continuing
implementing prudent credit approach and ensuring clients effective
operational support.”
The new management of the lessor also includes
Christoph Siegl as chief financial officer, Natalia Matveeva as
chief risk officer and Alexander Klyuev as head of sales.
UniCredit Leasing Russia was formed in 2009,
resulting from the merger of ZAO UniCredit Leasing (former IMB
Leasing) and ZAO Locat Leasing Russia.
