Greene King’s cash allowance drivers will be
managed through Zenith Provecta’s web-based Cash Allowance
Management System (CAMS), which deals with the financial and health
and safety considerations of drivers not using traditional company
cars.

The system provides information including what
car is being driven, what condition it is in, and whether it is
properly maintained and insured for business use.

Every employee manages their own profile in
the online system, which sends email prompts to the driver
requesting actions, such as information updates, conducting policy
compliance checks and providing maintenance. It also automatically
checks the driver’s licence directly with the DVLA.

Amanda Brakels, head of group compensation and
benefits for Greene King, said:  “We found in Zenith Provecta
a partner with a proven track record in comprehensive fleet funding
and management services that can deliver an all encompassing fleet
solution with competitive, transparent and stable pricing.”
