Legal firms Norton Rose and Fulbright & Jaworski have merged to create Norton Rose Fulbright, which has become one of the global top 10 law firms, both in terms of numbers of lawyers and revenue.
Norton Rose Fulbright will have offices in 50 cities across the globe, including 750 lawyers in the US.

A spokesperson for Norton Rose Fulbright told Leasing Life the European asset finance teams will not be affected by the merger and the new firm will continue Norton Rose’s asset finance legal practice as part of one of its banking and finance division.
Peter Martyr has become the firm’s global chief executive and said "this is one of the largest transatlantic legal combinations completed to date and confirms Norton Rose Fulbright as a global legal practice.
