Not-for-profit organisation the Leasing Foundation has appointed Andrew Denton of CHP Consulting as its first chief executive.
Mary McNamara of Close Brothers has been named as the chair of governors, and Professor Peter Thomas as chief operating officer.

McNamara will appoint two vice-chairs in the coming weeks, and the Foundation will soon announce a chair of the fellowship.
Denton said the organisation was "delighted" McNamara had "committed to help the Foundation build its portfolio of new and challenging activities."
He added the appointments are "intended to ensure that the Foundation’s growth is managed e?ectively by providing leadership focus and greater linkage within these important groups."
Thomas said: "The momentum we have gained through the support of our Governors and Fellows is exceptional as we continue to build the Foundation. This year will see our projects around giving, education and research move forward as we engage with more people and organisations who want to see change and development for the industry."
