Hitachi Capital Commercial Vehicle Solutions has moved into a new £7m (8.7m) purpose built office campus in Trowbridge, Wiltshire.
Before the move, the Commercial Vehicle Solutions team was still based in the same building Trowbridge Vehicle Rentals was in when it was taken over by Hitachi Capital in 2001.

Having grown from 30 staff in 2001 to 140 today, Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions chief executive officer Simon Oliphant said the growth in the UK warranted the need for a new building.
The construction took three years from concept to creation, and Hitachi said the build was completed ahead of schedule.
Kazuya Miura, President and Chief Executive officer for Hitachi Capital Corporation, who was visiting from Japan for the opening ceremony, said "It is 40 years since our first oversees office was opened in Hong Kong and the investment that we’re making through Hitachi Capital UK demonstrates our expectations of growth in the UK market. Everyone involved in the project should be proud of this milestone in Hitachi Capital’s history."
