Bibby Financial Services (Bibby) has appointed Ray Lowrey as UK risk director.
Ian Ramsden, who held the role previously, has been promoted to group risk director.

First joining Bibby 15 years ago, Ray has held a variety of roles with the financier, including operations manager, head of operations, business director and, most recently, deputy risk director.
Prior to joining Bibby, Ray held a variety of risk and operational roles with Alex Lawrie Factors, VW Financial Services and Bank of Scotland.
In 2015, Bibby successful refinanced through securitisation, a process which saw the funder increase its total UK funding available by over £290m to £770m.
