Broker/Business Development Manager – Asset Finance

We are recruiting for an ambitious, results-driven and experienced broker who will go the extra mile to overachieve targets and would expect to be remunerated accordingly

The successful candidate will need to develop strong working relationships with both suppliers of assets but also with direct customers. This role offers career progression to senior roles for candidates who demonstrate a great work ethic and regularly hit their monthly targets.

We are looking for already successful self-motivated candidates who would like to increase their earnings.

Responsibilities:

• Outbound B2B calling
• Lead generation
• Appointment setting
• Working to KPI’s and monthly targets
• Database management

Requirements:

• 1+ years of commercial finance experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Monday to Friday 9–5:30 pm
• 25 days annual holiday
• Company pension
