Asset finance consulting and services provider Invigors EMEA has added five fresh faces to its network. In a  statement the company said:

Mauro Zenaboni joins as senior consultant, Italy, strategy, international, factoring and has over 25 years’ senior executive experience in international banks. His MD roles included p&l, risk, operational and sales responsibilities which also included a fully regulated company. He was previously managing director of Volvo Financial Services, France, and vice-president of Unicredit where he was head of global vendor /international equipment financing.

Richard Hammons joins as senior consultant UK, sales, technology, as a service. He has over 30 years’ financing experience mainly in captive or quasi-captive technology financing environments in senior sales and management roles across multiple industries, Lenovo Financial Services, Cisco Capital, Microsoft Payment Solutions, Dell Financial Services, Lombard, Xerox Finance and Barclays. 

He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in the UK, starting his career in branch banking and then moving into asset finance and vendor programmes.

Philippe Lapeyre joins as senior consultant, risk & credit. Lapeyre is an experienced risk and asset financier, and over the last 10 years he has been director for risk and asset management at TIP Trailers Services. 

Over his 20-plus-year tenure with GE Capital, Lapeyre implemented vendor programmes, captives and joint-ventures with global and local OEMs. He was risk leader in Europe based in London and Paris, then in Canada based in Montreal where he led workouts and remarketing of soft and hard assets. He has a Masters in Management from ESCP (Paris) and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD.

Ger Regan has joined as senior consultant, Middle East & regulatory. He was previously vice-president of commercial equipment finance & leasing with Abu Dhabi Finance.

Regan was educated in Dublin and London. He relocated to the UAE in 2011 as head of corporate and financial institutions for Ritchie Bros Auctioneers. 

From 2015 he held several senior management positions in the UAE within the equipment finance & leasing sector, notably head of vendor & distributor development at Corplease Emirates Ltd (UAE), head of operating lease at Al Hail Orix Finance and up to 2020 was vice-president of equipment finance at Abu Dhabi Finance, a Mubadala Investment Group Company. 

Tarik Alostaz joins the company as senior consultant, Middle East and compliance. He has extensive knowledge of the Middle East region having had previous senior operational roles with Cisco Capital, Commercial Bank Qatar and PWC. In his role with Cisco Capital, he established the business operations and compliance function in the Middle East and supported the enablement of new business modules in new countries in the region.
