Italy’s Banca Agrileasing subsidiary Nolè, a rental company, is to become a new asset finance company.
As part of the company’s evolution, Nolè’s name has just been changed to BCCLease, the Italian lessor said.
The new name will reflect both the company’s new nature and its ownership by Banche di Credito Cooperativo (BCC), the Italian cooperative banking group which owns Banca Agrileasing.
In the next few months, BCCLease will start to develop a new vendor finance programme, the company has added.
BCCLease will continue to offer renting options, alongside leasing. It will focus on small-ticket business.
