UK SME funder Bibby Financial Services (BFS) has re-hired Wayne Spratt and appointed three others to join its teams in Scotland and the North of England.

Spratt has been appointed business development manager in Yorkshire, having first joined BFS in 2002. He has also held sales and operational roles at Aldermore Bank and RBS Invoice Finance.

Casey Baldwin has been hired as business development executive. She will be based in Yorkshire, and has worked as assistance relationship manager for Aldermore Bank and RBS Invoice Finance.

Lee McDonnell has been appointed business development executive for BFS Manchester, and Ronan Fallon has moved from his previous role of risk and recoveries administrator in Manchester to serve as a sales executive in the funder’s Scotland office.

Stephen Johnson, regional sales director – North at Bibby Financial Services said: “We’ve seen considerable growth in the North of England and Scotland over the past year as more businesses look to access funding they need to grow.

“Expanding our team in Scotland and key areas in the North of England such as Manchester, Leeds, and Bradford will undoubtedly enable us to further grow our support for local businesses and the intermediary community.”
